Latch is a one-touch reflex game about a single decision: when to let go. Hold anywhere and a rope shoots to the nearest hook above you. You swing. The instant you release, you fly off along the arc you were travelling — and gravity takes it from there.
Hooks are not scattered at random. Before a hook is placed, the game simulates its own physics to confirm a well-timed player can actually reach it — and a test pilot plays thousands of runs on every build to prove no impossible section exists. If you fall, it was your timing, not the level.
