The times are a minute or two off from my mosque.
Different calculation methods and different Asr measures give different answers — that is expected, not a fault. Go to Profile → Prayer settings, pick the method your local timetable uses, and set a per-prayer minute adjustment if you still want them to line up exactly. For Turkey, use Diyanet.
Notifications don't arrive.
Check three things: the phone's notification permission, the prayer notifications switch inside the app, and whether battery optimisation is restricting the app. Phones only hold a limited number of scheduled notifications at once, so the app re-arms them further ahead every time you open it — opening it now and then is enough.
The qibla arrow keeps moving.
Compasses are thrown off by magnetic fields. Move away from metal desks, speakers, cars and electronics, then move the phone in a figure of eight to recalibrate. The app tells you when accuracy drops instead of pretending the reading is good.
The recitation won't play.
Streaming needs a connection. Surahs you download play offline: Qur'an → Recitation → the download button next to the surah. Some reciters exist at only one bitrate; the app falls back to whatever is available.
The Hijri date is a day out.
It is computed arithmetically and can differ by a day from a sighting-based announcement. You can correct it by up to ±2 days on the Hijri calendar screen.
How do I back up my records, or move them to a new phone?
In the app, Profile → Account → Create a backup file writes your locations, bookmarks, favourites, dhikr sessions, missed-prayer counters, worship log and fasting record into a single file. You put that file wherever you like — your own cloud, your email — and the app sends it nowhere. On the new phone, use Restore from a backup on the same screen.
If your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google) is on, the app's data is part of that too. There is no continuous cross-device sync.
Does it cost anything? Are there ads?
The app is free. Prayer times, qibla, the Quran and translation, supplications, dhikr and qada tracking always stay free. The free version shows ads; there are none in the Quran reader or around prayer times. The Pro sections marked with a crown (the full Learn course and extra community features) are free for everyone during the launch period. You can watch one ad to use the app ad-free for 4 hours.
How do I cancel my subscription or restore a purchase?
Cancel in your store account's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). To get Pro back on a new phone, tap Settings → BEŞ Pro → Restore purchases in the app.
How do I delete my community account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and everything you shared in the community are permanently deleted from the server. If you can't access the app, write to kusgrupgames@gmail.com.
These four things make a bug report easy to act on: phone model, app version (Profile → About), the city and calculation method you have selected, and what you were doing when it happened.
