Lull
Breathe yourself down · v1.0.0

Every other breathing app hands you a fixed pattern: four in, seven hold, eight out. If your body is at eighteen breaths a minute and an app tells you to breathe at six, you don't relax — you fail at breathing, and then you feel worse about it.
Lull starts where you actually are.
How it works
- It measures you first. Breathe normally and tap once on each out-breath. Thirty seconds, six taps, done.
- Then it leads you down. The ring starts at your rate and slows gradually — not in steps you can feel, but along a curve.
- The out-breath stretches. Slowing alone is not the lever; a longer exhale is. Over the session the out-breath grows from equal to about 1.6× the in-breath.
- The screen fades as you go. By the last third it is nearly dark, so nothing pulls your eyes back open.
What it does not do
- No account, no sign-up, no email
- No internet connection needed
- Nothing leaves your phone — there is no server to send it to
- No ads at all, and no purchases. An app meant to calm you does not interrupt you.
Important
Lull is a relaxation tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you have a breathing, heart or neurological condition, are pregnant, or take medication affecting breathing or heart rate, talk to your doctor first. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Never use it while driving. Full detail in the Terms.
