This policy explains what happens to data when you use Lull. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Lull is a relaxation and wind-down tool. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including insomnia, sleep apnoea, anxiety or panic disorder. Nothing in the App is medical advice.
We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number or any account. We do not run our own servers and we never receive your personal data. Your session preferences stay on your own device. No data leaves your phone at all — the app has nothing to send and no one to send it to.
The app is published by the developer named on the app's store listing ("we", "us"). Contact: kusgrupgames@gmail.com. For privacy questions, write to that address with "Privacy" in the subject.
Lull saves the following in local device storage. It never leaves your phone, we cannot read it, and deleting the app deletes it:
Lull contains no advertising SDK, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. There is no Advertising ID permission, no ATT prompt, and no third-party code that could collect anything. This is a product decision: an app whose purpose is to settle you before sleep should not interrupt you, and should not need to know who you are.
Version 1.0 is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. If that changes in a later version, this policy will be updated before the change ships.
Lull is rated for a general audience but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app contains no advertising or analytics code, there is no mechanism by which a child could disclose personal information through it.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to export or erase. You can nevertheless:
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Türkiye this is the KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Ad data is processed by Google on infrastructure that may be located outside your country, under Google's own safeguards and standard contractual clauses. We retain nothing, because we receive nothing.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
