Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Applies to the mobile app Orbita (iOS and Android)

This policy explains what happens to data when you use Orbita. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. The short version

We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number or any account. We do not run our own servers and we never receive your personal data. Your scores and settings stay on your own device. The only data leaving your phone is what the advertising service needs in order to show ads, and what the app store needs in order to process a purchase.

2. Who we are

The app is published by the developer named on the app's store listing ("we", "us"). Contact: kusgrupgames@gmail.com. For privacy questions, write to that address with "Privacy" in the subject.

3. Data stored on your device only

Orbita saves the following in local device storage. It never leaves your phone, we cannot read it, and deleting the app deletes it:

4. Advertising

Unless you buy the ad-free upgrade, Orbita shows ads supplied by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process:

We do not receive any of this data as identifiable information; we only see aggregate revenue reports. Google's handling of it is described in the Google Privacy & Terms and the AdMob policies.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent dialog (Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time it runs. You may choose non-personalised ads, and you can reopen that dialog any time from Menu → i → Ad privacy settings.

On iOS, the system asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, no tracking identifier is used and ads are non-personalised. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID from Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Purchases

The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment details never reach us or the app. We only receive an anonymous confirmation from the store that the purchase is valid, so the app can unlock the ad-free mode.

6. What we do not do

7. Children

Orbita is rated for a general audience but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising SDK, contact us and we will help you raise it with Google.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to export or erase. You can nevertheless:

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Türkiye this is the KVKK (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).

9. Data transfers and retention

Ad data is processed by Google on infrastructure that may be located outside your country, under Google's own safeguards and standard contractual clauses. We retain nothing, because we receive nothing.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
