By downloading or using Orbita ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the app store you obtained it from. The App is licensed, not sold.
The App offers one optional non-consumable purchase, "Remove Ads". Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are granted by the store, not by us — use the refund process of the App Store or Google Play. A purchase is tied to the store account that made it; the "Restore purchase" option in the App re-applies it on your other devices with the same account.
The free version displays third-party advertising. We do not control the content of individual ads. Report an inappropriate ad to us and we will forward it to the ad network.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
This licence ends if you stop using the App or breach these terms. Uninstalling the App ends it immediately.
Where you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: this agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; in the event of a failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and intellectual-property infringement claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
Where you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App.
