Open Menu → i → Restore purchase while signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account that made the purchase, and make sure you have an internet connection. If it still fails, e-mail us your store order number.
Yes. Install the app, sign in with the same store account and use Restore purchase. Your high score, however, lives only on the old device: we store nothing on servers, so scores do not transfer.
Menu → i → Ad privacy settings. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
The reward is granted only if the video is watched to the end. If it played fully and nothing happened, it is usually a temporary network issue — try once more. If it keeps happening, e-mail us.
That is the design, but here is the trick: do not tap when the ball looks closest to the next planet. Tap slightly before it, because you fly along the tangent of your spin, not straight at the target.
Uninstall the app. Everything the app stored is local and is removed with it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
